We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about it at [email protected] or +971 54 2587984.
2. Personal data we collect
Through this website (enquiry, consultation and contact forms, WhatsApp and newsletter sign-up) we collect only what we need to respond to you:
- Name, email address and phone number.
- Destination country, visa category and residency status.
- Any details you choose to share about your travel plans or case.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type and the page you submitted from, used for security and spam prevention.
We do not ask for passport numbers, dates of birth or copies of identity documents through the website forms.
Once you engage our services we collect the information and documents needed to prepare your application, which may include passport and identity details, date and place of birth, nationality, residency and visa history, employment and financial documents, travel plans, family details and, where required by the visa category, health or biometric appointment details. These are collected through secure channels agreed with your consultant, never through the public website forms.
3. How and why we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation (performance of a contract or steps before entering one).
- To assess your profile, prepare and review documents, assist with application forms, monitor official appointment availability and support you through the application (performance of a contract).
- To contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about your request or case, where you have consented or where it is necessary to provide the service you asked for.
- To issue quotations and invoices, keep accounting records and meet our legal, regulatory and licensing obligations in the UAE (legal obligation).
- To keep our website and systems secure and prevent spam or fraud (legitimate interests).
- To send you news or offers only if you have subscribed; you can unsubscribe at any time.
All customer information and documents are handled securely and used only for processing the requested service, subject to legal and regulatory requirements. We do not sell personal data.
4. Who we share data with
- Visa authorities and their application centres (embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, VFS Global, BLS International, TLScontact and similar). Applications are submitted to, and decided solely by, these bodies. They process your data under their own privacy rules, which we do not control.
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as email and hosting providers, payment processors, courier, insurance and translation providers, bound by confidentiality.
- Authorities where disclosure is required by UAE law or a lawful request.
Some providers and visa authorities are located outside the UAE. Where we transfer data abroad we do so only as needed to deliver the service you requested.
5. Secure data handling
We apply secure data handling practices appropriate to the sensitivity of visa-related information: website forms are transmitted over HTTPS, access to enquiry and case records is restricted to authorised staff, documents are stored in access-controlled systems, and staff are bound by confidentiality obligations.
6. How long we keep data
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on your request. Case files are kept for the duration of the engagement and thereafter for the period required by UAE accounting, licensing and legal requirements, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.
7. Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website uses cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tags such as Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. These tags may set cookies and collect your IP address and browsing activity on this site. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of personalised advertising through Google and Meta ad settings.
8. Your rights
Under UAE data protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data) you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, to object to marketing, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Email [email protected]; we will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.
9. Children
Our services are for adults. Where an application concerns a minor we process the child's data only on the instruction of a parent or legal guardian.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
