About the company

These terms apply to all services provided by Visa Intime L.L.C-FZ (trading as "Visa In Time", "we", "us", "our"), a Limited Liability Company (Free Zone) licensed by Meydan Free Zone, Government of Dubai under Business Licence No. 2648755.01 for the activities of Immigration consultancy (7020.14), Immigration Services (7490.92), Document editing or proofreading (8219.02). Our registered office is at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.

We are a private company. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any embassy, consulate, immigration authority or visa application centre. By requesting or paying for our services you accept these terms.

Terms & Conditions

1. We are committed to providing professional assistance, clear guidance, and timely updates throughout the application process.
2. Customers will be informed of the required documents, applicable charges, and expected processing timelines before the service begins. Any additional government requirements or charges will be communicated in advance.
3. All customer information and documents will be handled securely and used only for processing the requested service, subject to legal and regulatory requirements. Our Privacy Policy explains this in detail.
4. Online service charges are non-refundable, whether processing has started or not. Service and professional fees are non-refundable once processing has started.
5. Fees paid to embassies, consulates, VFS, insurance providers, or other authorities are non-refundable once processed. If the payment has not yet been processed, the refundable amount will be returned to the original payment method within a maximum of 30 days.
6. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method and cannot be transferred through any alternative payment method.
7. Visa approval and processing timelines are determined solely by the Embassy, Consulate, government, or relevant authority. We will provide professional support but cannot guarantee visa approval or a specific completion date.
8. No refund will be provided for visa rejection, customer non-compliance, incomplete or incorrect information, missed appointments, policy or government changes, processing delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Scope of our services

Our services consist of private consultancy: assessing your profile against published visa requirements, preparing, editing and reviewing documents, assisting with online application forms, monitoring official appointment availability and helping you book appointments through the official consulate or visa-centre channels, and preparing you for interviews. Appointment dates, processing times and visa decisions are always made by the relevant authority. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide complete, accurate and truthful information and genuine documents, to attend appointments and interviews, and to pay all government, visa-centre and third-party fees when they fall due. You remain responsible for the content of any application submitted in your name.

Website enquiry forms

Submitting a form on this website sends us a consultation request. It does not book an embassy, consulate or visa-centre appointment and does not create a contract for services until we have confirmed the engagement and you have accepted the applicable charges.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the service fees you paid to us for the relevant application. We are not liable for visa refusals, delays, appointment availability, changes in immigration rules or any loss arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
